Tim Carey
Tim is an associate attorney at Guzmán Law, concentrating in guardianship, conservatorship and estate planning matters. He brings to his practice over fifteen years of professional experience in writing for and appearing before the district court. Tim previously worked as a probation officer, specializing in the assessment of sexual offenders' need for and amenability to treatment; he is considered an expert witness in sex crimes. He also worked as a Law Clerk for the Washington County Attorney's Office in Stillwater.
